I called Teresa Wong who was the technical contact for pan.sg and she mentioned that they initially wanted to register for panasia.sg, but it was already taken up, so they settled with pan.sg. darn! there goes my dream for having cool emails and web addresses.

We’ve just received your cheque payment for pan.sg.
However pan.sg is taken by another registrant.

Please advise if you are to register for another domain name or if we should mail back the cheque to you.

I sent the cheque on 6 of Jan and the domain was taken on 10 Jan by IDRC. Darn. I think i’ll call this IDRC tommorow and see if they really want to have that domain.

Tonight we went to town with Clié via bus and train. We rarely all go together on the train, cuz we usually take cab or drive my dad’s van. Clie do enjoy bus rides and train rides can be quite difficult with her. She plays with inertia when the train starts and stops. Anyway i think we need to bring her out more often.
