Day in day out, same thing here, same thing there.
Out of all the monotony, i’m glad there are rare occasions where things start to turn interesting. Its these interesting things that make the monotony bearable.
Tasks, events, people, lifestyle, the works… monotony is no respector of whatever.
Its up to use to make it interesting, worthwhile and meaningful.
Here is Cleo wishing one and all a great year of the OX 2009.
She learned a new Hokkien word today. HUAT AH! It was used extensively today. lol…

Like every other year, the first day of CNY is to sleep in. Once everyone have enough sleep, then the day starts.
The girls got changed and they simply love their outfits. Went to my mom’s place, my in-laws place, my father in-law’s brother place, my mother in-law’s mother’s place, then got home close to midnight. Indeed it was a long day.

Clié and Cleo were generally well behaved, however as kids are kids, their excitement do get the better of them at times.
My dear wife, wore a beautiful Kebaya, it looked great. I wonder what she will wear on the 2nd day of CNY.
Happy year of the “niu”!
A friend of mine DD had a facebook status update that went “an ox is a castrated bull (look it up)”. I could not help it, i checked. I went thru the whole cattle taxonomy and yes, an Ox IS indeed a castrated bull. See Britannica, the Free Dictionary, Wikipedia, Dictionary.com.
We learn something new every day. :)
