My cousins’ Grandma just past away few hours ago in a hospital back in Singapore at about 9pm. This picture was taken just before domdom came to Perth in end January early this year for his studies. Apparently that visit was the last time we saw her. Sincere condolences to the family and may God watch over the family.
For the past week, my cousin punkGgin is here in Perth, not to be a tourist, but just to experience the kinda life we (the household) are living. We went to the city, several more interesting suburbs, beaches, flea markets, the coffee places that we frequent, etc…. very normal places. And in this week the 2 digi cams (his & mine) took plenty of pictures, i will sort them out and probably add some to this blog in the days to come.
My sis was asked an ice breaker question from a class “What is your greatest acheivement?“. Really good question that is, hence i added a few other questions to that to make it a set, try to answer these mentally, it will be quite a good reflection kinda thingy.
Its good to be back on my PC again. The fact that it is my work tool and my plaything clearly defines the fuzzyness of the line between work and play. I think work and play should go hand in hand and we should find work as play, hence it would definately be enjoyable.
Its the start of another exciting semester at Curtin. I am somewhat looking forward for the classes because i will be learning stuff that i really wanna know, meaning stuff that i am very interested in and will be spending my time on even if i am just bumming. Win2k IIS 5.0, Coldfusion, Lotus Notes & Domino R5…. way way way cool rite. By the end of this semester, sites that i will do in future will definately be much more dynamic, good bye static sites.
