Was at a hospital the other day with my Pearl and my Mom and one of us mentioned that Doctors are sophisticated. We then debated what being sophisticated means. It means “Having acquired worldly knowledge or refinement, Very complex or complicated”. I think refinement is a nice word.
Charisma
Can Charisma be learnt? I have been asking several people this question lately and the array of perspectives just led me into deeper contemplation. According to Dictionary.com, its a rare personal quality attributed to leaders who arouse fervent popular devotion and enthusiasm, personal magnetism or charm. But the definition does not say if Charisma can be learnt or not. If it can’t be learnt then thats just too bad for me, but if it can, then i better be more observant. I think Vampires are way Charismatic.
Laptop sucks
Working from a laptop really sucks. The LCD screen sucks, the part where i rest my wrists to type is hot, the screen is small, portability gives me no reason not to work other than from the comfort of my room. Laptops are a pain, i think i should not go on to tell you how i feel about PDAs. I think in the future PDAs, Laptops and other web enabled gadgets will be real good and cool, till then i think i will try to avoid that family of PC wannabes.
