I’m currently doing a research on Web Metrics, if anybody got any ideas, resources, articles, useful info, that would be very useful. Its for a school essay, the question goes as such;
Topic
An online presence does not guarantee success for any company therefore developers must be able to understand the web metrics of a site to improve its feasibility.
You have been appointed as a consultant developer for the CBS website. Prepare a report outlining the type of metrics you would request and how these metrics can be used to improve the existing site or to identify potential opportunities.
Note : This assignment does not focus on the software/methods used to capture this information but rather on how it is used.
power mischief
Those kids 2 houses away are down right pests. Because our power circuit box thingy is outside our house and they think its fun flicking it off and making us come out to flicking it back on. Of cause they deny it, but I SAW them doing it!! It did not happen once, but twice!! Ended up calling Uncle Alan our landlord to come and chain lock the “toy“.

guestbook overhaul
My current guestbook hosted at f2s is on a mySQL database, but because f2s is a free site, too many people are using it and due to load balancing issues, f2s limits the number of connections to its mySQL database . hmm… i think a simple text delimited guestbook like DP Guestbook would suffice.
