2560 x 1440 Grid Wallpaper

Back in 2006 i did a 1600 x 1200 wallpaper to help me organise my life desktop. Ever since i’ve got my 27″ iMac last year, the very first week I did this wallpaper to again help me organise my desktop.
I used the Linen Wallpaper from OSX Daily + the Effektive Inspired Grid Wallpaper and made this. My digital life is blissful and I wish you good health.

Got any other good grid wallpapers for the 27″ iMac to share? Comment below. Thanks. :)
Midnight on the Internet

So, Ernest Hemingway, Zelda Fitzgerald, Scott Fitzgerald, Pablo Picasso and even Salvador Dali were all sort of in the movie Midnight in Paris. This is a really nice time travelling romantic movie starring Owen Wilson. If you’ve not caught it, you should and you would be glad to know it won so many awards.
The film on its surface looks like a simple comedy, but its really a deep thought provoking story. It challenges you on the motivation of what you desire. It questions you on who you really want to be. It makes you ask yourself questions that will unlock the questions that you’ve not even thought about.
Simple and nice story. Well done Owen Wilson. :)
The Guardian’s 1986 and 2012 advert messaging
If you’ve not see the above ad, you should. It uses the classic three little pigs story to showcase The Guardian’s multi communication platforms. From print to web, from twitter to social media in general.
The amazing thing to me was that it’s the SAME message from their 1986 ad. See below.
If your brand have the same message for a good 25 years and adapts well over time, technological and social advancements, then you’ve done something very right.
Great job to The Guardian.
Now I’m off to be ZOMGBBQ amazed at their Data Journalism.
Safe and Sound
Had a fun time doing up this video with the girls. Pls forgive our super amateur attempt.
Safe and Sound by Taylor Swift
I remember tears streaming down your face
When I said, I’ll never let you go
When all those shadows almost killed your light
I remember you said, Don’t leave me here alone
But all that’s dead and gone and passed tonight…
Just close your eyes
The sun is going down
You’ll be alright
No one can hurt you now
Come morning light
You and I’ll be safe & sound…
Don’t you dare look out your window darling;
Everything’s on fire
The war outside our door keeps raging on
Hold onto this lullaby
Even when the music’s gone, gone
Just close your eyes
The sun is going down
You’ll be alright
No one can hurt you now
Come morning light
You and I’ll be safe & sound…
Oooooo, Oooooo,
Lala… Lala…
Oooooo, OooOoo,
Lala… Oh Lala…
Just close your eyes
You’ll be alright
Come morning light,
You and I’ll be safe & sound…
Oooooo, OoooOooo, Oooooo, OoooOooo,
Oooooo, OoooOooo, Oooooo, OoooOooo,
Oooooo, OoooOooo, Oooooo, OoooOooo…
Safe and sound
