Mellow

I’m going into a mellow mood as life is speeding up quite a bit.

I used to be impulsive when I’m busy and tend to make lousy decisions when I’m trying to juggle too many things at a time. I’ve got to learn how to say ‘no’ and sit back and relax. Pearl needs my time, my brothers need my time, my friends need my time & I need time. I’ve not been able to hang out for quite a while now and I’m longing for a good ‘teh’ session with close friends.

I’ve not blogged much, have not revamped my site, have not done stuff that I really wanna do.

No more freelance for me at least until my daughter is fine with it.

Toys for Clié

Pearl and I have decided to name our daughter Clié. We pronounce it as CLEE-EH. I’m so looking forward for her arrival and have already choosen her first toy, a Playmobile rattle for girls.

I’m so overwhelmed by all this. Can you believe it, our very own baby… the world suddenly seems different, sharp objects seems sharper than they are, short distances seems like forever and small objects seems pretty large and heavy… The world is so big and she is going to be only that small… and for several years some more…

hmm… gotta shop for more cool toys…

Working Life

Its been a week since I started work at my parent’s business and I’ve to admit its really enjoyable. Just in case some of you don’t know, Pearl and I are now officially in the sanitary wares and plumbing supplies business, she’s in charge of operations while I’m doing sales and marketing.

After work we try to have some life and a night out on orchard road is close to perfect. After collecting my 3 tailored working shirts from Crown Master Tailor at Far East Shopping Centre, we headed to buy moon cakes for saturday’s mid-autumn festival and ended up at Takashimaya’s Sushi The for a nice jap dinner for the rest of the evening.
