Words + Interactive Interface + Thesaurus + Web = Visual Thesaurus.

The 2001 5k Contest results are out. The contest is for participants to create a site less than 5k in total file size and the entry is judged on its (i) size, (ii) aesthetic appeal, (iii) function, (iv) overall concept & originality. Very cool, very inspiring & a real healthy diet for web developers.

If you have seen the sites i have made before, these would be the colors that i normally use. No, i did not spell colors wrongly, cuz its colors=#FFCC00 not colours=#FFCC00.
 

I don’t really like flash sites, cuz the majority use of it has been an utter disgrace to Flash itself, but an extremely good example of how flash is used would be on Relevare.com. I love the way the navigation is done + the short animations of what they do.

I just remembered that i ever did Changi Airport’s History website. I better save this somewhere and keep it as a portfolio. That was my first attempt at flash in ’99.
