good periodic read

Good literature is hard to come by and especially in this era where everyone has something to say. In 1997 when I read Roger Black’s Websites that Work I was inspired, my fundamentals to web design became firmly established. Recently Jakob Nielsen, the Interface guru released Designing Web Usability: The Practice of Simplicity, its also another good book, but as a student, I am trying very hard to borrow one of the two copies from my school’s library.

Now I am gonna get myself a copy of Cre@teOnline which I think is a good periodic read & industry reference for web enabled individuals. Alternative is also a good collection of inspirational sites, if thumbnails of good sites is your inspiration then Cool Homepages is a site you must bookmark.
