The project manager’s dilemma
If you are working on multiple projects, managing multiple clients and yet have a family, you might relate the the following scenarios. What would you do?
- satisfy client A and disappoint client B;
- satisfy client B and disappoint client A;
- satisfy client A and B, but disappoint wife and kids;
