I recently solved my multiple online status problem. With Facebook, Twitter, etc. Its hard to login to multiple places to update them all, hence my current setup is such:
Twitterbar from my Firefox browser which updates my Twitter which in turn updates my Facebook status. And all this from one update via my browser without loading another page or application.
You should do it too. ;)
