TDK 3 Speaker Boombox

TDK 3 Speaker Boombox

I saw this TDK 3 Speaker Boombox at CK Tangs a few months back and it was love at first sight. It looked so geometrically elegant.

The first thing that came to my mind was, “there are just two knobs”. How will that be enough for a boombox. I switched it on, the lights came on, there were options on the glass face! It was somewhat touch screen. OMG! too cool.

3 Speaker Boombox Perfect for any room

It looks so beautiful and it fits perfectly into my living room,

Connections

The connectors are tucked at the side and you can even stick a USB into it.

For BBQs

Now BBQs are never going to be the same again. This setup is from a BBQ I had yesterday.

So what else is cool about this Boombox from TDK? Its so cool that Skittles gave one to Nathan Barnatt.

Gardens By The Bay

Marina Bay Skyline
Marian Bay Skyline

The Singapore Skyline is beautiful. If you’ve seen it at night from Marina Barrage you will have to agree with me. Now with the launch of our very new and very beautiful Gardens by the Bay, the skyline is even more awesome!

I managed to cycle thru the gardens one day after work and I have to say, even at night it looks awesome. The pillars supporting the domes are majestic. It felt almost like ancient greek architects designed these great pillars.

Gardens by the Bay - Supertrees
Supertrees

The supertrees looks like something out from a science fiction movie. If aliens landed here and saw these supertrees, they would have felt very much at home.

The Ongs and The Pans

The next day, we went there with family and friends. Unfortunately it was raining and everyone sort of cramped into the sheltered area. The kids however still managed to have a ball of a time as they had each other which I think was enough to make a fun afternoon.

The 2 small ones, Clara and Sophie both had the same push cars. They totally enjoyed going around the park in style.

Overall it was a fun day, but we hardly saw much of the garden. I think we need to go back there again soon.

For The Win Singapore

Just launched a new site last night. It’s mainly going to be a site that showcases inspirational videos of Singapore.

We all go to work, go home to family, think about going for a holiday only to realise that holidays might not have hit the spot.

There are many things we can do that is out of our routine. Things that make us feel alive. Things that others in Singapore have already done and are enjoying immensely on a regular basis.

The teacher that rides a horse on the weekends, the guy that cycles about 100km every week, the office girl that brings her longboard to work and the audio equipment salesman that has his own shop with a full racing track hosting remote control car races every other evening for neighborhood kids.

What inspires you? I hope some of the wonderful videos on FTW.sg will.

What do you love? What motivates you daily to take on the challenge of tomorrow? What makes you try and try again without the slightest clue of when you will ever succeed?

Passion.
Enthusiasm.
Commitment.
Conviction.

These are just letters strung together and called words.

What do you have to show for what you love? But then again, why is there a need to show anything for what you truly love.

This video Freeling really captures this love very well.

Enjoy.
